2.3 AI Site Building & User Generated Content (UGC)

This is the core of our service. We process the following data you provide to generate websites:

  • Input Data: Text prompts, brand names, product descriptions, and images you upload to the AI.
  • Generated Output: Code, copy, and layout configurations generated by the AI.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload and the website content generated for you by the AI (subject to our Terms of Service).

2.4 Device & Log Data

To maintain system security and optimize user experience, we automatically collect:

  • Network Data: IP address, browser type (User-Agent), and operating system.
  • Usage Logs: Login timestamps, page access paths, and feature usage frequency.

2.5 PufferGo WordPress Plugin Special Declaration (Important)

If you use our WordPress plugin, the plugin needs to communicate with PufferGo cloud servers (api.puffergo.com) to enable AI content generation and template synchronization.

  • Data Sent by the Plugin:
    • API Key/Token: Used to verify your account subscription status.
    • Site URL: Used solely to verify domain authorization.
    • User Prompts: The text descriptions you actively input in the plugin interface to generate content.
  • Data NOT Collected by the Plugin:
    • We do not collect any personal privacy data of your website visitors (end-users).
    • We do not scan or upload sensitive information from your website database that is unrelated to PufferGo configurations.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services Declaration

As PufferGo is an AI-driven service, please pay special attention to this section:

  • AI Technology Providers: Our features may utilize interfaces from third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including Qwen (Alibaba Cloud), Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Anthropic, or other model service providers.
  • Data Processing: The website building requirements (Text Prompts) you input will be sent to these APIs for inference to generate results.
  • Data Privacy Commitment: We transmit data via encrypted channels.
  • No Training on Private Data: Unless explicitly authorized by you, PufferGo will not proactively use your private business data (such as specific client lists or proprietary product formulas) to train public foundation models.

  • Essential Cookies: Used to maintain your login status (Token/Session) and ensure account security.
