- Registration: To access advanced AI features, you may be required to register for a PufferGo account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- API Keys: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. PufferGo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers
- AI Technology: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate content.
- Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for high-quality output, AI may occasionally generate incorrect, outdated, or offensive information (“Hallucinations”). PufferGo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content (including industry data, product descriptions, or translations).
- User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publishing it to your live website.
- No Professional Advice: The content generated by PufferGo is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Ownership (UGC): As between you and PufferGo, you retain full ownership of the website content, copy, and layouts generated by the Service for your specific projects. You have the right to use this content for commercial purposes, including for your clients.
- PufferGo Ownership: PufferGo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the plugin source code, visual interfaces, underlying AI logic, usage data, and trademarks.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that:
- Is fraudulent, false, or misleading regarding B2B trade practices.
- Contains viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

(ii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE;
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
